Bluestone Estates is a planned 75 acre development at the northwest corner of Tuxedo and Bison. Lots will range in size from .35 acres to 1.0 acres. Construction planned for 2012 with lots available 2013. Homeowners association with access to a planned green space in conjunction with StoneBranch Addition neighborhood to the west which will include a walking trail around a pond, a fishing dock and swimming pool. The common green space will be located at the north end of StoneBranch just east of Park Hill and north of Ohio street.
