Prairie Ridge 1
While we are not the developers of Prairie Ridge 1, we have purchased 17 lots in this neighborhood and we are commited to enhancing the prestige and image of the remaining lots and homes in this subdivision. We have agreed to participate in a homeowners association along with the existing homeowners in Prairie Ridge and as we have news regarding the neighborhood, we will pass that along on this page.
Since we became involved in 1995 with the Park Hill Addition, we have taken an active interest in developing and selling homes in Park Hill. With the advent of Prairie Reserve just east of Park Hill and Bluestone just east of Prairie Ridge, we will be involoved in the development and sale of homes and lots in four neighborhoods north of Tuxedo between Madison and Bison. Our vision for this area is that it will soon be the best collection of neighborhoods in Bartlesville with energy efficient homes, parks and golf within walking distance and a community common space without rival in Bartlesville.
