Clients often ask, "When is the best time to build", to which I typically reply, "Now!" But seriously, fall is my favorite season. Winters in Oklahoma can be fickle, but managing the exterior work around freeze/thaw cycles is the biggest ostacle. A September-November start usually allows the home to be "dried in" before the heaviest winter weather begins in January & February.
